Name
Date of Birth
Social Security Card / ITIN
Previous year’s tax return
Valid form of ID
You will also need all of your income and tax information such as:
W-2’s
Self-Employment income and expenses
Sale of any business assets
1099
Any miscellaneous income
Once you’re ready with your documentation, then you will help the tax agent give you the most accurate estimate possible.
